July 7, 1964 - Two unidentified personnel of Channel 3, American Forces TV at Incirlik Air Base in Adana, Turkey look through broadcast tapes in the stations library. Nine AFTV servicemembers produce both the TV and radio broadcasts of the station. Even with limited resources and space comprising of a small 15 by 20 foot studio, AFTV Incirlik Air Base in Turkey still manages to produce enough programming to fill their weekday 4 p.m. to midnight, and 12 to12 weekends timeslots with original programming.
